Mr Marcus Baker

Marcus is an Old Reedonian and has been a Governor at Reed's School since 2018. Marcus studied Business at Hertfordshire University before embarking on a career in insurance. Currently Global Head of the Marine and Cargo Practice at Marsh and McLennan, Marcus has previously held the positions of CEO Marine London, Deputy CEO Marine and Energy London and CEO Marine and Energy EMEA, all for Marsh. Marcus joined Marsh when it acquired Johnson and Higgins where he was Divisional Director, Marine and Energy.
Marcus is also a Pension Fund Trustee for Marsh and McLennan and a member of the Marsh Presidents Council since 2015.
